I have never ever experienced a doctor's appointment like this. No rushing, no judgment, just really thoughtful advice. I have finally felt seen and heard, and have a plan! From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Joy, to when I first met Dr. Limosnero, I was comfortable and at ease! That you both so much!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Limosnero and she is smart and kind. She is very thorough and when I left her office I felt so much hope. She has excellent bedside manner. Joy helped me set up my appointment and is very nice and organized. I love this office and highly recommend it.

My first appointment with Dr. Limosnero was hands-down the best doctor appointment I've had in my life. She spoke with me 1:1 for well over an hour. She asked about my entire life, lifestyle, work, etc. beyond my ailments. She listened. And when she made recommendations, especially around nutrition and diet, she advised to change one thing at a time and not try and do it all at once. She also shared great resources for me to read/listen to after our meeting, and she answered every one of my questions. She really cares about finding the root cause of symptoms. I recommend her with the highest marks. I truly feel that after my appointment with her that I've embarked on a wellness journey to my best peri-menopausal self.

Never has a doctor spent so much time and care with me. Wholistic medicine, mixing western and ancient methods, mind and body to treat the whole system. And Dr. L is very compassionate and can relate in many cases. A great experience. No waiting and one on one care.

What an incredible rare experience it is to find a provider that embodies the full body approach you have been searching for! Dr. Odette exceeded expectations during my new patient visit. My visit with Dr. Limosnero could not have gone any better! She is a wealth of knowledge and so easy to talk to. I had so many questions and we talked about each one in depth. I left with a solid plan in place that I feel great about! Joy at the front desk is also a pleasure to work with.

Dr Limosnero has been my doctor for 11 years. She delivered my son then left her previous practice to open Roots. I tracked her down and was one of her first patients. She spends the time to get to know you and your lifestyle. I love that she makes suggestions based on lifestyle changes and supplement suggestions first when they will help over a prescription medication. I would highly recommend Dr Limosnero to women of all ages.

I saw Dr. Limo years ago when living in Flower Mound while she was with a group of women OB/GYNs. When she left for private practice, I was disappointed to find a new doctor and I adored her, her bedside manner and the time she spent with patients to get the entire story. She gave me advice then to start now finding a new purpose so when my son left for college, I would be less devastated. It was GREAT advice. I have now returned to Dr. Limo as she is near my new home. Even though she is out of network for me, she is worth it. She is one of the few doctors today that I feel genuinely cares about your total health. I can forgot her sweet assistant Joy either. She is a gem.

It was a very thorough woman wellness exam with Dr O. She helped connect the dots to what I am experiencing with my mid life health crisis that is getting worse which I believe is getting treated by symptoms alone like patchwork with my other doctors. We now have a treatment plan to my issues. I am hopeful that I can get my functional self back, even to a better one.
